We ordered 75 of these pedometers for an office health promotion. Over 30% of them did not work right out of the box, and the remaining pedometers were nonfunctinal before the end of the week. Poor quality and/or bad batteries--we had to replace them all through another vendor. Money wasted.

I can't get the reset button to work....so I can't reset. When it arrived it had numbers already on the screen and I tried to push in the reset button...nothing.

I know it was a cheap price, but I did expect it to work.

I ordered 5 of these and 5 of the more expensive DMC-03 model and had my employees wear one of each for a week and keep a record. To start with, one of the DMC-03's arrived DOA and because I had removed it from the box the seller asserts that is used and will apply the 15% restocking fee plus shipping both ways to replace it. The DMC-03 read 2-3 times the number of steps the plain CM one did so I asked everyone to manually count to see which pedometer was correct and surprisingly the cheaper CM was far more accurate. When I contacted customer service to see about replacing the DMC-03's with the CM's I was told that I can't prove they are inaccurate so they are used and the 15% restocking fee plus shipping, both ways, applies and then only if I notified them of the defect within 3 days of receipt. Well, it took us longer than 3 days to figure out which one was correct and I would have ordered about 1000 of the CM's but I guess I'll have to find something else now because I will not do business with someone who will not stand by their product. Did I mention that I attempted to contact customer service around mid-morning last Friday and was told that the customer service dept would not be available until Monday??? This is nuts!

Purchased this pedometer on Feburary on Feb 8 and on Feb 22 it no longer works!!!! I feel it should work a little longer than 3 weeks! I know the price is very low, but I guess you should buy 15 or 20 so you will have one when you need one!

Pedometers didnt last past 5 days. None of them work. I guess for that amount, what do you expect?

I purchased these pedometers for my company. I got a lot of complaints about them not working: either the batteries didn't work, the numbers didn't show up, or the pedometer didn't record accurately. We were very disappointed in the quality.

We ordered pedometers on three separate occasions and ended up with three separate pedometers. This model is useless. The buttons usually don't work, the mileage is WAY off -- by hundreds of miles! I can't get mine to reset. We urge you to try other models.

This product was of very poor quality and did not arrive as pictured or described in the description.

pedometer is not 100% accurate but it's good for estimates. fast shipping, nice packing, trustworthy seller. thank you :)

The pedometer was dead within 24 hours of me receiving it in the mail...I never even got the chance to use it. Disappointing.
