I do a lot of recreational running & cycling. These shorts fit great & are well made.

They have just enough padding front & back: from the back there is no bulging padding, but they're comfortable on the bike. From the front they are snug so everything is kept nicely in place to avoid chafing, but they don't let everyone know your religion...

I'm not a fan of loose or oversized running gear, and I like to keep my kit to a minimum, so typically I'm in lycra/spandex bike shorts, which can be problematic in the modesty department. These shorts don't have that problem. They are comfortable, minimal, functional & good looking. Very happy with my purchase & just ordered another pair.

Used them for an Int'l distance Tri, felt great. Used then for a long ride (75 miles) without any issues. Surprisingly comforatble on the bike, despite not having a lot of padding, which, given they are tri shorts, is to be expected (the lack of padding that is). Overall, a good fit, nice compresion and comfort. Wish they had pockets on the outside, towards the back for a gel pack. Other than that, no complaints.

Awesome short - great for any exercise - hold your legs and everything in place nicely yet provides lots of flexibility. Love it and probably the best work out shorts I ever bought

Pros- Comfortable, kept me cool, dried pretty quickly on the bike, no chafing, fit well

Cons- No real problems until a few days ago. I first noticed 2 quarter sized white spots on the front of the shorts. They wouldn't come off so I decided to wash them to get off whatever may have gotten on them. However, after I washed them I took a closer look. It seems that part of the fabric was flaking away like fine dandruff leaving behind areas of see through mesh. Those spots have continued to grow until the shorts are now unusable at least if I want to maintain some resemblance of modesty. It is possible something got on them that caused a chemical reaction but I didn't do anything different than I have for the rest of the time I have owned them and the spots keep getting bigger even after washing. I guess I should also add that the pool I train in is a salt water pool not chlorine.

Would have given it 5 stars without the holes.

These shorts are comfortable and good-looking. Bought them for long runs and the design works to reduce muscle fatigue. The fit encourages me to watch my calorie intake and hit the road often! (g)

These shorts have just enough padding to make the bike ride comfortable, they offer a lot of support for the private parts without the revealing bulge. I like the waist tie that keeps them tight on the midsection and does not slow me down when swimming. They are shorter on the legs and provide tight muscle support on the run.

Quality made and comfortable. They're all black though, so if style is your master, know you're not getting two tone.

Whoops! just had to downgrade. The material just started to disintegrate right around the crotch. Sounds just like the other reviewer's problem. Too bad. They were comfortable. Try them out, just keep the box around for 30 days in case something happens.

These are a good fit and offer great compression. I have worn them on long bike rides with no problems. These became my favorite pair of shorts on the first time I wore them.

I purchased these because I'm not a fan of the plain black bike short; I like a little contrast thrown in. Which leads me to one very minor complaint. The colors are not grey and black with white stitching as pictured. It's just black with white stitching, the lighting in the picture makes them look like two distinct colors. They are slightly different shades of black and that's just because the materials are different.

Maybe in a few weeks after being in the sun and many washes, one of the materials will fade faster than the other. :)

I have only worn these shorts a few times, but am very happy with them. I was worried about having either too much padding for running or not enough for biking, but these proved to be a great fit for a tri short. Very happy with the product.

Positive:Wonderful for all three segments (swimming, cycling, running). I used them for my first triathlon a few weeks ago and they performed quite well. Padding is deinitely enough for what you need in the saddle during a sprint triathlon.

Negative:I am seeing some early wearing in the back/butt region of the shorts, which is a little disconcerting. I have only hand washed them (definitely recommended) and am hoping they continue to last through another few years of races.
