1.0 out of 5 stars Be aware of high hidden fees. Avoid this purchase if you can, July 14, 2008

This review is from: IC Verify 6.62 (CD-ROM)
We wanted to cut Credit card processing fees and wanted to switch to a lower commission based processor. ICverify wanted $100.00 to re-register the software. This additional expenses will offset the savings and we believe that ICverify is taking full advantage of the monopoly they are in as they are holding us now hostage! To continue the use of the software that we have already paid for, we have to pay an additional $100.00! This is said to be in their terms and conditions that nobody reads or manage. I do not recall seeing this hidden charge in their software agreement but they claim they have it there! They also have the right to edit the agreement anytime they want! I called their Supervisor last week, left a message and they did not have the guts to return the call. Don't fall victim to their scam, shop around and keep in mind that they want access to your wallet every time you change vendors. This is the most outrageous scam I have ever seen.
