I started using Xenadrine 9 years ago. I used it to help me loose 95lbs nine years ago. I have kept the weight off, but every spring I use Xenadrine to take off the 5 - 8 pounds I put on durring the winter months. I usually take this weight off within 3 weeks. Great product....just avoid coffee and tea while on it....you'll never sleep

I think its a great product..Although nothing fairs better then Xenadrine Rfa-1 before they banned ephedrine..

I take these pills only before I work out for energy. I don't take them to lose weight, but they do help. I'll usually take 1-2 pills before a workout, and they intensify my workout big time... especially when I do cardio. It helps my endurance... I can go for a lot longer on the eliptical, treadmill, etc. These fat burner pills are like 5 cups of strong coffee in one pill... but the effect lasts longer in these pills. They make you sweat too... even if you're just sitting down all day. So just be aware of that if you're going to take. Most importantly though, make sure your body is properly hydrated when taking these pills. In other words, drink a ton of water! The plan/directions for getting into the routine of taking these pills is working your way up to taking 3 pills, twice a day. I've never taken more than two at once, and two gets me pretty wired. Three pills... that's crazy. Just make sure you drink lots of water with these... I can't emphasize that enough.

Although not as "hardcore" as you may think, this is still a good product. It suppressed my appetite and I lost 10lbs in 2.5 weeks without exercise. Even after I stopped using it, my appetite did not rise. And it does all this without making you super hyper like Stackers products.

I lost 7 lbs in a week with this stuff, but it wasn't as effective for me as the clinical strength stuff. Get that instead as this one seems weaker to me. Also you need to make sure that you continue to exercise if you really want to see good result with this. Cool this is that I could actually feel my body burning the fat away during the day as I used this stuff, but again, I would recommend the clinical strength stuff over the hardcore version.

This is wonderful product, but as my title indicated, use common sense. Do not expect immediate results, with anything it takes time and work to acheive the desired results. Do not eat excessively or eat junk, practice moderation. Xenadrine is a wonderful tool for weight loss if used properly and again with common sense, it's especially great with a work out, you'll have a surge of energy that will push you that extra mile, literally.

I'm not completely sure about the effect of Xenadrine but it is the 3rd time I buy it and I've been having great results combined with regular exercises (that btw is a really important thing to remember).

I purchased this item three days ago from a seller here on Amazon. I started immediately. I took 2 pills at 4:00pm and let me tell you~ I felt like a tasmanian devil. I went to bed at 12:00am but could not fall sleep until 3:00am. So, do not take this product after 12:00pm or you will NOT sleep at all!

2 pills are way to strong for me, so today I took only 1 pill and feel fine. 2 pills get me pretty wired. Some people can even take 3 pills in one day.

The price is right, but when I opened the bottle the pill says: " RFA-X" THE BOTTLE SAYS: "RZR-X" SO I really don't know why does it says that. I contacted the seller to ask him but he does not respond to my emails.

I took Xenadrine 9 years ago and I lost 25lbs. I really love this product because it really works. I recommended this item to a friend of mine and she will star this week.

I enjoy this product very much as an energy booster. I am already in good shape (diet, exercise) so I do not use it as a weight loss pill or hunger suppressant and cannot really comment on how effective the pills would be in the prescribed dose of NINE a day. I start every morning with 2 or 3 pills with breakfast and do not take anymore the rest of the day. This gives me the energy (not shakes or rapid heartbeat)to make it through the first few hours of the morning and much like a freight train once I get going I'm going to keep going. I'm not a fan of coffee or espresso but I'm sure that taking 2 of the these is like the same as 2 cups of coffee.

This product works real good I only took two doses a day an I lost around 10 lbs, with excersise and eating a good balanced diet. Gives you plenty of energy as well.
