I purchased this game as part of my husbands Christmas gift. I read that is was 3 games in 1, however, I did not understand that you cannot fish or hunt indenpendantly, you have to start out hunting, be successful and then move on to other sports. I thought I was buying a game with separate fishing etc. Very disapointing... It's possible that I did not do enough research, but it still is not what I wanted. Good graphics, pretty detailed.

After purchasing this game for my brother as a Christmas gift, the whole family was incredibly disappointed. The hunting is unrealistic and ridiculously staged. You cannot move through the "woods" and trying to navigate is nearly impossible. Plus, the set-up for actually bringing down your "prey" is stupid. You have to zoom in on the animal's "vitals." This makes the animal's internal organs turn red and its breathing sounds and heart beat come through the speaker. Once you have locked the vitals, to pull the "trigger" you must locate it on the tip of the barrel, not on the bottom center of the gun where you would expect a trigger to be.

If that wasn't enough, you CANNOT fish with this game until you have passed six levels of the hunting "story." This game SUCKS!

If you consider yourself and outdoorsman or woman, this game is NOT for you.

Game is okay but gets tedious after a while. Also, you are very restricted in the paths you walk (e.g. cannot go through brushes, down short hills), which becomes annoying because sometimes you have to go all the way around the map to reach a destination where it would normally be feasible to walk through the woods.

We bought this for our son for his birthday. He's an avid hunter and he enjoyed it thoroughly! Thanks for having something that gave him a lot of joy!

Got this for my daughter and me to have some fun over the winter. We love it. While it may not be as realistic as some may want, it is big fun. It does take a bit to get used the controls but once you do, its some good hunting and fishing. We particularly like the trophy hunt feature.

The game is good because you still get to shoot stuff. i thought the wii would make it easier to get to that part but it was harder to move around, get in position, i guess they didnt want to make it just shooting. The Playstation ones are easier to control but harder to shoot using their controller.

I haven't played the game, but my son loves it - he said it has much more to do than the big game hunter that he's played for about a year.

I bought this for my 7 year old. He found it too difficult to control and I found it too slow paced. Traded it into Amazon and got Call of Duty Modern Warfare.

got this for my family as a Christmas gift. Thought they wouldn't like after I read some reviews (after I already purchased). The kids love it. My 11yr daughter completed it already.

This game has potential but is TEDIOUS beyond belief. This was bought for my son who is an avid outdoorsman, by his brother who is and avid video game player. They pretty much BOTH hate this game. There are moments when it is somewhat enjoyable, however getting to those points is pure doldrum. I would say AVOID this game entirely and look elsewhere.
