Book Description

October 1989
Paula Glenning was finding her luxury transatlantic cruise anything but smooth sailing. The trouble began in the stateroom adjoining hers: Cabin 3033. Through the thin walls she overheard disturbing bits of a violent argument. Then she met the cabin's occupants---a wealthy literary agent and her famous husband. Before she could stop herself, Paula was romantically drawn to the unhappy husband and heading into dangerous waters...where jealousy and obsession might make this voyage a journey into the murderous depths of love... This is #2 in the Paula Glenning series.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Cabin 3033 (Paperback)
This mystery takes place on a luxurious cruise-ship called the Gloriana. Paula Glenning is a character who gets mixed up in te whole thing. She is a writer who is staying on the ship. Denis is a monor character in the story who is a night steward for Paula and also a bit of a gossip. A problem occurs when Josephine's illegitimate son shows up at a talk of Josephine's and ruins the whole thing! When the cruise is over and Paula returns home, a letter from Josephine's husband arrives and everything is cleared up. The saddest part of the story is when Josephine is found dead. I thought that this mystery was a little boring and that it really wasn't a mystery. Maybe it's a bit out of date.
