This review is from: Cabin Cookin': The Very Best Recipes for Beef, Pork, Poultry, Seafood, and Wild Game in Dutch Ovens, Skillets, and Grills (Paperback)
This is a very good cookbook, and believe me, I've owned a few. I bought this one as a gift for my son, who loves to hunt and fish. The only thing that raised my eyebrows was the number of different spices a lot of the recipes called for. I don't know how you camp, or how big your cabin or camper is, but most of the time, space is limited. However, do not let that deter you from trying these recipes. Just know that you can still make very good food with it, without every one of the spices it calls for!
