Not for all phones specified by seller!!!,

I have an LG Vu phone and according to the seller the cord should work with my phone. However they fail to mention that the program that comes with the cord is only for one specific phone the LG chocolate (not the LG Vu). It turns out the without the right program the cord is pretty much useless and doesn't really work the way it should.
