I love this thing. I push a button and there is cable, I push another and there is antenna tv. Makes my life easier, and it works great too.

Because of my particular home A/V set-up I needed a bunch of these switches and tried several types. They all worked, but I definitely liked this one the best. Easy to use and well-designed. Also, Home Network Supply gives a quantity break on S&H, delivered it pretty quick and gave me a 10% off coupon.

I bought this after purchasing my first HDTV. This is a great product. I bought this product particularly because the guy at the hardware store said that high isolation was important when purchasing an A/B switch. He said the HD signal can be picky. Anyhow, great product, very easy to use. I use it to switch between my broadcast antenna and my cable TV.

My cable TV setup includes a digital adapter for each television. The adapters I have now are free. But, if I add any more sets, I'll have to pay for subsequent adapters. So... since I also use my 40" flat screen as a computer monitor, I wanted something to let me use one adapter for the 40" and another TV. This fits the bill perfectly. I've seen the same unit selling elsewhere online in the $12 to 15+ range. $5 and no degradation in picture quality makes this a great buy!

Not ideal, but works fine so far,

Ideally I was looking for non-mechanical coax switch for multi rooms. Some vendor have a remote control switch selling for $40+ each which will go hundreds if for multi rooms.
Was using non-button type before, which cost me about the same ($5+/- range) but I had to replace every 3 months for the connection deteriorates. This one works fine so far (1 week) within the price range. Will be interested to observe how long it will last. Also, agree that Home Network S/H is good, and the 10% coupon. Just follow-up after 3-month use: good thing is that so far I don't have to replace them yet. However, I did notice there is some lost of signal strength comparing with connecting without this switch. Recommendation: definitely a much better choice over the non-button type switch, in both quality and price. However, the quality and life might not be as good as 100% digital switch (with remote control), but the price of such product would be about $40 each at this time (March, 2010).

I bought this unit so that I could switch between our cable TV provider (Comcast) and over-the-air TV. I did this because Comcast does not provide some programming only available over-the-air we want to view. I find that this switcher unit works very well in that it eanables me to easily switch between these two TV sources.
