May not look as fancy as some other chargers but it works like it should and its inexpensive.

You may have to update the drivers for the computer-to-phone cable so your computer recognizes your phone. I had to call tech support and had them walk me through it. Only took about 5-10 minutes.

The product was inexpensive but they both work well. We just bought new phones and wanted extra chargers for travel keep in the cars etc. Much less expensive than the local stores. We bought chargers for our previous phones and some of them fell apart on us (car charger) These seem to be well made and do the job. very good buy. I don't use the PC cable.
