I was sceptical of a "non-impact" punchdown tool, but it was really quite easy to use, and it does the job. I only would use this rarely, since I don't do this for a living, so getting something at a reasonable price was a factor in the decision. Unless you need a professional tool that you're going to use frequently (in which case get a Paladin), this will do it for you.It's 4 stars instead of 5 because the Paladin I had borrowed and used once before had a more satisfying motion and was clearly a superior tool.
