Excellant product!
Connecting my old VCR to a new HDTV which required a AV cable with an AV mini plug and RCA plugs. I called to ask if the cable I found had the right mini plug tip configuration, but my call was never returned. I ordered the plug anyway and found it to be perfect. Customer unsatisfaction
Ordered by mistake two items of the same kind. Called three times to have one item returned to my account. No response from company and no phone call or e-mail message. Very frustrating"
