I was a little worried that my signal/resolution would degrade after installing this splitter cable, but that wasn't the case. I wanted to be able to DVD record off my DirecTV Tivo unit and needed to split the S-Video output b/w my Onkyo receiver and the DVD recorder. This cable was the solution, worked perfectly.

As always, Cables To Go exceeds my expectation with cables that are not only high quality, but durable! I purchased this particular S Video splitter so that I could record gameplay from my xbox and see what I am doing at the same time. This is a must if you want to record montages! (If you are using S Video, then this is the cable for you, if you are using AV in-puts, then get AV splitters. Cables To Go sells them too!)

There is nothing intrinsically wrong with this product but get a bonafide signal switcher if running two devices or you will get ghost signal.

This a good, solid, well-built cable. While splitting off s-video will always cause signal loss, the shielding works pretty well in this one. There are cheaper adapters that split the signal at the plug, but this at least extends out and gives you room to work.

I needed to have an s-video feed from my classroom computer to a projector and to a TV/Monitor. This proved to be the most cost-effective solution to the problem. It works just as hoped.

Really neet having a little space in between the split and the input. I had purchase a splitter before that was all one piece of plastic that had no extra length. this was far superior in build use and flexibility. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

The product is exactly as represented in the photo and description. It was mailed to me the same day I ordered. Super good service.

Great product. Does exactly what it says. But the price is not right. The manufacturing cost of this little Y cable can't be that high. I hope other cable manufacturers come up with the same thing to give this a little competition.
