I bought mine (used) mainly to test for live drops, as I am tired of schlepping a laptop.
When powered on, it comes up with the basic info I need. I have have tested the ping, and it works fine, but have not had occasion to do more with it. I especially like the idea of storing and naming ip addresses, and the rest of the functions look to be very useful when something breaks. Very good key feel, good visible screen, seems to be solidly constructed. Uses 4 AA, so I can use rechargeables. The included cords are only a few inches long (why?), so I will be using a longer patch cord. Good product! |
