Basically does what it's supposed to. Plug it up to a powersupply and a fan and off you go. No way to give this anything less than 5 stars.

This seller does not send you what you you pay for! Purchased 4 pin molex to 3 pin atx fan adapter. I received a molex female and male with a 2 pin fan connector! Nothing like picture even incorrect product.

Was worried at first since I plugged these between the PSU and case fans, and then my pc wouldn't boot! Figured I might've overloaded the PSU or something, but other forum users said that'd be impossible so I reconnected the PSU-to-mobo connectors and the case power-button-to-mobo connector (one of them must've gotten loose) and it worked perfectly again.

Ordered a 3pin atx fan to 4pin molex, instead got a 2pin atx fan to 4pin molex. I recommend avoiding "Cables Unlimited".. the only thing "unlimited" is their incompetence. Fortunately I was able to dig through an old computer electronics bucket and had one of these lying around. I recommend choosing a different vendor.

I recived a molex male and female to a 2 pin connecter. DO NOT BUY FROM "Cables Unlimited". They gave me the wrong product. Wish that I can give no stars.

I recently bought a closed-loop water cooler for my CPU, and it had three four-pin PWM connectors. My cheapo motherboard only had two. Since the water-cooler pump has been known to act strange when not given the constant 12v, I needed an adapter to run it of Molex.
What they sent is not what was in the picture. You can see that the three-pin connector is flat except for the alignment key in the back.
Well, the one they sent me had a little.. I don't know what to call it, a boot or jacket around the pins. This won't work with a 4-pin connector!
Since I was building my system right then and there, and didn't want to wait another two weeks, I used an Xacto knife to cut the excess plastic off. Now the connectors don't stay together via friction all that well, so I had to wrap it in electrical tape.
This is far from ideal, and I'll be replacing it as soon as I recover financially.

Like some earlier reviewers, I received a 2-pin connector to male and female molex (instead of the 3-pin to molex pictured). 2-pin works fine, though, since I'm connecting the fan straight to the PSU. The third wire (yellow) is for controlling the fan's RPM, but that's typically only done when connecting to the mobo or a fan controller. Not an issue for me, so it only loses 1 star.
