I use this audio cable to connect my laptop to my flat-screen tv to view online movies. The cable is thick and durable and the sound quality is good (no background noise).

I use this solely for recording from audio/instrument sources directly to my computer. I replaced a previous cable that was "stereo challenged" and a little noisy. This new cable sounds 100 times better.

This cable worked fine for a few month but then I noticed that I was not getting any sound out of one of my speaker that I had my iPod connected to. At first I though it was something wrong with the speakers but it ended up just being this cable. I do not feel like this cable should have shorted like this given that I only used it at home and did not abuse it in the least. Very disappointing.

Ordered this item on July 11th 2010 Kept receiving emails of when it would be shipped Then it would get close to that date and I would receive another email of a later date Here it is September 8th 2010 and now received another email it wouldnt be shipped until maybe October If a person is going to advertise something for sale it should at least be available within 30 days Will not be ordering from here again.....Canceled my order

This cable was defective out of the box. It keeps shorting out. I wrote Amazon about the problem twice, but got no response from them. It seems their customer service has gone down substantially. Stay away from this cable, and think twice about Amazon.

I purchased this audio cable to connect my daughter's laptop to a flat-screen to stream movies while she is away at school. The cable provides good sound quality.

This cable does exactly what I expected it to do - deliver a good clean audio signal from my computer to a JBL iPod dock's auxiliary input.

The cable seems well made with plenty of rubber insulation/shielding. It also has the "extended" narrow tip for those who will be using it with the iPhone or iPod Touch. Recommended.
