I've been using it extensively for about 3 months on an HP DV7 (4080us) laptop, and a old customer built x86 unit with an HDMI compatible card. Only on rare occasion has there been a lockup, which is to be expected. I do wish the cables all fed from the rear of the unit, which would allow it to be used on a desktop. Other than that, no complaints from me. (Also, I'm using a Logitech wireless mouse/keyboard set with Unifying receiver, if that matters to anyone.)
