5.0 out of 5 stars
excellent reference for home inspectors
Every home inspector in the US should have a copy of the valuable code book because it addresses residential dwellings only under the 4 diciplines; Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems. Jerry McCarthy
Published on February 6, 1999

3.0 out of 5 stars
required in UBC areas
It may be interesting to note: barring local exceptions, compliance with this code book is *required* in areas covered by the UBC, for single- and 2-family detached residential construction. See 2001 UBC (Appx Ch 3, Sect 332).

A good reference book to keep, April 7, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Cabo One and Two Family Dwelling Code, 1995 (Paperback)
I initially bought the book to complete a construction class project. Now that I am in the industry, I find myself continually referring back to it. It is concise and easy to navigate.
