this 'millantant' varent to the "Scientist" green outfit is a fatigue coverall (as in what he wore as a slave) it looks super cool! The face is that of the overly expressive "Caesur" played by Roddy McDowal. Very good likeness to the big wide openly charismatic face of the leader of the first Ape civilisation! A good discontented "scowl" and teeth would be nice though. He was an extreme assertive and unsettled ape.
