This book is a must for anyone visiting Venice and reading it makes you want to hop on that plane right now.

I found this book disappointing. It's slick and attractive looking but, for my taste, there's way too little about the food of the establishments and way too much gossip about the owners. Who cares? I'm interested in eating well and reasonably.
