5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic in all repspects, August 26, 1999

What can I say about this album? I read the review by the reader from Seoul and completely agree. I bought this disc in London and was able to listen to a few tracks off the "day" disc. They were fantastic. "Music Sounds Better with you" in particular. I thought "if the other disc is anywhere near this good, then I need to get it." Well it wasn't anywhere near as good, it was BETTER! The "night" disc would keep anyone, even your 88 year old grandma dancing all night and into the morning and leave you with enough energy to dance some more (maybe at Space before you catch a plane out?)

If you like dance music and are tired of boring US house and stuff, go get this!

5.0 out of 5 stars muzik sounds mo' bettuh wit dis cd, August 24, 1999

But really, what does it really tell you about a cd to read or hear someone who happens to like it a lot rave about it? Heck, I hate Lawrence Welk for example, but someone (many) thinks its a five star material, so what gives?
I happened to pick this cd up at a cool little shop I know manned by a couple of really cool dudes who do a little mixin of their own at their own club. The cover was a little unappealing for me because I dislike ugly backs, and the cover has a picture of one that I could just as well do without.

BUT, the music! Dang, boooyyiiee! Makes me wanna go to Ibiza someday to shake my own ugly derriere in the presence of judgmental strangers.

The compilation is neatly divided into EL DIA and LA NOCHE-- that is Day and Night for you muchachos who no habla espagnol. Its a CHILLOUT MIX and a HAMMOCK HOUSE AND GARAGE MIX respectively. The rhythm's good, know wha I'm sayin?
You can dance to it, chill to it, talk to yo old lady to it (and yo mama too), can cook to it, can draw to it, can make lubb to it, and if you was me, you can write a review to it.

Otay, hombres, git and go git it! And remember, just refuse to do bad things...

I finally found this album and I'm ready to buy. I listened to a recording of it and wasn't sure of the title until I searched all over the internet for it. The sounds and beats make you smile while bobing your head back and forth. its the kind of music that touches you deeply and makes your skin tingle. Warm ambient feeling especially on the first disc. I haven't got a chance to hear the second disc yet but I can expect the same high quality of soulful music. I never get tired of the music and enjoy it immensely.
