Directions
Use two to three times per week to exfoliate skin. Rub gently on moistened skin for approximately one minute. Leave on skin without rubbing for an additional minute. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Apply toner & moisturizer.

Our Cafe Mocha Sugar Scrub is perfect for dry, normal, and sensitive skin - and for chocolate lovers!
This wonderful sugar scrub glides on the skin easily to reveal new skin and buff away dry & dead skin cells. This is a very gentle and effective scrub.
Sugar is known to be a gentle exfoliant because of the alpha-hydroxy-acid or glycolic acid it contains. Glycolic acid works on the skin as an exfoliating agent because of its high acidity but easy solubility. When it is placed on the skin the glycolic acid goes under the damaged upper layers of skin and removes the dead skin which is holding on to the skin's surface. As the skin is removed, the other ingredients carry the individual flakes away and a water rinse neutralizes the remaining acid. Glycolic acid can bring about a smoother skin surface and a more youthful appearance. Glycolic acid is also able to draw moisturizers into the newly-exfoliated skin surface.

Overall, this sugar scrub is good. It is rather stiff with not a lot of oil. It also has a fairly strong minty fragrance, and I was hoping for more of a coffee smell. For the price, it is a fun treat in the shower.
