this is one of the best accordion collections i've ever heard, if you are interested in "french musette" this is where its at
great istrumentals, great vocal numbers, theres even a rare track with Django Rienhardt playing on it too (track#12), i can't recomend it enough!
also-if you want to hear some great modern accordionist check out Rob Burger, Yann Tiersen(amelie soundtrack)

I RECOMMEND THIS CD TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO ENJOYS LISTENING TO FRENCH MUSIC. LISTENING TO THIS CD MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOU ARE GOING BACK IN TIME....IN AN OLD FRENCH CAFE. THIS CD IS PERFECT FOR A WINE AND CHEESE PARTY OR A ROMANTIC EVENING AT HOME. I ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND THIS CD TO A PERSON WHO IS LOOKING TO BUILD A FRENCH MUSIC COLLECTION, BUT DOES NOT KNOW WHERE TO START. This is a wonderful collection. Talk about putting yourself on a sidewalk cafe in Paris. I've had such fun with this collection.

My frinds and I enjoy this CD very much. It makes for great backround music and enjoyable times.

THe cd is great and relaxing to listen to. I bought the cd for my bridal shower which is a parisian theme and it sounds great for it!

Memories come flooding back of the Isle de la Cite and the bateaux-mouches going by on the Seine and way too many bottles of Bordeaux and too little food to ward off the hang-over.
