ok,
This review is from: Cajun Color Hibiscus "Black Dragon"
Hard to find and difficult variety to grow. The plant I got was not vigorous and only had 3 leaves. I understand that this variety is hard to grow, however I expected a better quality plant. Seller seems to be very nice and sends a personal card with purchase.
