Even though amazon has the wrong credits listed for this movie ( Juwan Chung is the director not Nisha Ganatra), don't let that stop you from renting this movie.

Hey for what it is and what it's trying to do, this movie is pretty entertaining with cool visuals, a good storyline, and lots of laughs. Not many gangster movies can pull off what "cake" did and once you get into it, which is starts from the first minute, you really get into it. The storytelling is fast paced, and it grabs you from the first scene and never lets go. The editting is beyond tight, and the original score is good too. Not too mention all the sweet shots of los angeles.

I recommend this movie for any first time film maker or film student. There is alot to learn from this movie, weather it be from the hits or misses. All that aside, it's worth buying if you want to have a good time and like real gangster movies.

The acting is by far not the greatest, keep in mind this is a low budget indy film.

I think the movie "Blow" was better which had somewhat the same message as this one. This movie is OK.
