This is a great improvement over the other Cake Mania games. In this version, you have the Cake Shop as well as a flower shop, burger and sushi shop. Thats like 4 games for the price of 1! As you go along in the game, you can also upgrade the town, bringing in even more money. Plus your shops earn money even when you're not there. All in all, a great new game and highly addicting! I will say this though, the flower shop got a little too hard for me to keep up with, but aside from that the rest was challenging enough yet beatable.

I was really enjoying this Cake Mania, being a fan of all the Cake Mania games. I was moving along and found that this particular one was very challenging. However, when I get to a very difficult level and I would finally reach the goal to move on to the next level, the game would say I failed when I clearly reached the goal!! How frustrating is that? It would take me forever to pass the level and when I finally did, the game still said I could not go on. I purchased this as a download directly to my computer and I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem or if it is just the one I downloaded. It's definitely a fun game, if it would only work correctly!

After finding that I couldn't use my disc for Cake Mania on my new Windows 7 laptop, I decided to see what the newest product was for Cake Mania. I chose to use the Amazon Download, and I LOVE IT!

I was instantly addicted, especially since if I get mad in one area of the game (for example, the customers made me mad in the cake area), then I can exit that and go to the Burger Barn or the Flower Shop! I enjoyed seeing the different areas pop up and expanding them as I could in the town.

I do recommend a wireless mouse for this game if you use a laptop, because it was impossible for me to keep up with the customers without it.
