A must buy!,

I have been looking for this book for years! I first encountered this book in the public library. Most cookbooks are either too simplistic, or require "pastry chef" level of cooking skills. This book gives you enough information and instruction to make wonderful cakes and pastries. I have tried many of the recipies and have succeeded each time with making something that everyone liked on the first try! Believe me, I am no pastry chef. Finally, I have found this book at Amazon.com!
