I found this book at the library years ago & intended to buy it, but it seemed impossible to fine. Finally found it on Amazon. I highly recommend it! I haven't tried much but the cheesecake recipes, but I've received rave reviews on every one I've made. Professional quality results, not one of those dense, rock in your stomach cheesecakes. Can't wait to try the rest!
