Avoid this bag. It's defective and the company's warranty is a joke, April 1, 2011
I bought this bag in an airport gift shop during a layover between connecting flights. The bag's seam along one of the top zippers tore the very same day I bought it while I was getting my connecting flight. I did not overstuff the bag or subject it to anything other than the normal wear and tear one would expect going through airport security. I wrote to the company and was asked to submit pictures of the damage, which I did. I was told they would replace the bag under warranty but only if I sent in a $10 processing fee and paid for shipping to the company. This is outrageous. For that money, I just as well go out and buy a new bag, especially if they are going to send a replacement that is just as faulty. I was reading reviews of this bag on another e-retailers website and two other people reported having the same problem (although theirs tore a few months after purchase, rather than the same day). Don't be deceived by this bag's appearance of being high quality and well designed.
