not that durable,

I got my backpack a couple months ago and it instantly started ripping. I generally have a heavy load because I carry a laptop (hence its primary function), so if you carry a lot of weight added on with the laptop, expect it to start ripping. It's lasted a few months with the rip at the bottom where the sling attaches to the bag, but it's got a decent size hole already.

This is a cool looking sling backpack that the older kids can used to carry a light weight for school. My son started using it for school on July 27, last night August 1, I found the part of the zipper already ripped from the backpack, water holder also ripped. He used CALPAK backpack last year too but it was last longer than this.. It is only 4 DAYS of USING! So in the possitive side, it is a defected one. I just sent e-mail to the seller and let see what they have to say. I just want a exchange and hopefuly...it's just a defected one.Will update again on this. (So 1 star for a supper poor and defected product HSN store is awesome! 100% will do business with HSN again. |
