I bought this laptop carrier bag when I was pregnant. Since my boss gave me the go, I searched for a wheeled case, that was not super heavy or bulky. This was perfect! It is the right size and holds a ton without seeming like it should be checked in. The inside has a padded section for the laptop and plenty of pockets for pens and other small items. I hold a lot of notebooks, my work files PLUS a laptop. The front comes with a small pocket, but this has no zipper- so I would not recommend that you store anything too valuable there. Overall for price, its comfortable and efficient.
