I am a professional mechanic and in my 25 yrs plus I think that this rates up there with the most frustrating tool experiences that I have had. The center of the main screw was drilled on an angle!! I would have returned the tool but I was in a bind for time and HAD to get the harmonic balancer on this engine!! I managed to rotate the shaft while on the nose of the crank as straight as I could and did get it installed. This is the problem with buying things mail order... All the time it takes to re-ship and then wait for a replacement....I am disappointed to say the least.. A mechanics time is his money, and normally something as simple as installing a harmonic balancer goes smoothly, not with this tool...
