purchased this wines rack to add a nice focal point at a bare dining area wall. i was first hesitant because of the description that it was rust-colored but was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't at all that. it blended very well with our furniture which has an espresso finish and everyone who has visited our home has commented on how unique it looks. the hanging part was a bit of struggle but if you have the tools, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. it holds 8 regular bottles of wine (champagne bottles are too wide/thick to fit inside the holes) and could probably hold one more on the flat parts of the piece, such as the top or the side. just make sure that the rack is anchored properly on a stable wall so that it won't fall off or ruin your wall. plus if you intend to put another bottle on top or on the side of the piece, make sure that the bottle is sitting on a non-skid pad or liner because the surface is smooth and slippery.

This wine rack is very attractive on the wall, it may not hold a lot of wine but for those bottles that dont last long this is perfect. Seems sturdy even when its full of wine. I was happy with my purchase.
