I bought these for extra energy, but as a nice side effect, they have improved my regularity! I have had problems with chronic constipation all my life, and after taking these pills for a few days, I've become very regular. I just wish I could get the Vitality 4 pack... I may have to break down and join Melaleuka.

I used to sale and use this product through Melaleuca. You have to enroll in their program to buy their products. This is one product , I wish I would have stayed for. When i took these, I was more energetic, and felt better. i really don't remember ever getting sick while taking them. Now that I have found that i can buy online without being a member. i will do just that. This is a great product.
