The (Calculated Industries 3430 Qualifier Plus IIIFX Real Estate Finance Calculator) is just what I needed. It is intuitive to use and easily does all major real estate calculations for real estate investment decisions. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is some settings reset after every use which can become tedious to set each time I use it.

Still a great calculator and I would recommend it over the HP every day of the week.

I originally bought this calculator when I was studying for my Real Estate. I grew to LOVE it. I recently took it out of the office and lost it. I didn't think twice before ordering another and Amazon has the best price, . . I've looked for it elsewhere.

If your not in Real Estate and would make the supreme error of purchasing a house without a Real Estate Professional (nice industry plug) then buy this calculator and you'll be able to predict with great precision and confidence, what you payments will be.

I highly recommended this product to lender and real estate professionals. It is easy to use, good quality and price!!

This calculator is by far the easiest I've used. The abbreviations on the keys make sense and are easier to remember than some other brands I've tried.

Very easy to use. Just takes a little practice but the references guides give great examples on determining calculations. Great for anyone, whether experienced or just starting out on Real Estate and/or Mortgage/Loan industry. Please pick up this valuable tool.

This my third qualifier plus purchase. (I lost the other two lol). Excellent calculator and a must have for the RE, or mortgage Broker....

The calculators arrived in a timely fashion - even before the max business days allowed. The quality is great and the price was the best we could find. We saved over thirty dollars on the two calculators we purchased.

This will do just about everything and anything you need to do with real estate calculations. I do like it better then Texas Inst.
