I used this book as part of a online course. They should've fired their proofreader. There are countless typos and their math doesn't add up in sample questions throughout the book. The answer key forwarded to us by the professor for the exercises had tons of mathematical errors and exercises that didn't even match up to the book. How are you supposed to learn from a book when the author can't even get the answers right. I'd be ashamed if I was the author to have my name printed on this book. Usually AHIMA puts out good stuff but this book is junk.

The product arrived timely but it was not mentioned it is missing the CD and lots of writing and answers to the exercises which was not declared by the owner.

VERY HAPPY FOR MY BOOK AND I GOT IT SO FAST THANK YOU. I WILL PURCHASE A BOOK FROM THIS PERSON AGAIN.....

The author just wants to make big money to write the newer vision. The difference between the second edition and the third edition is only the numbers in the exercises. She fools our students!

The product came as described new still in the wrapper to fraed corners. Will purchase from seller again. Arrived in a timely fashion less than 5 days after I purchased product.
