Way too large.

The straps that secure it to the bra have lots of room.

This is a very dense recoil pad.

I wore this trap shooting today over a period of several hours, I am a LH shooter and it easily reversed to fit a left handed shooter. I normally just go with the gel insert in my shooting vest but have found it quite narrow & it doesn't offer full protection over my rather prominent clavicle bone. This pad was very easy to position exactly where I wanted it & the super strong velcro held it in place throughout the day. It was very comfortable & I wasn't even aware I was wearing it. It would be ideal in the summer under a t-shirt or lighter-weight vest.

Nothing but good things to say about this product. It's easy to use/wear and keeps me from having a bruised shoulder where the bra strap hits after several rounds of skeet or five-stand. I have a shooting vest with integral gel pad but it's not as effective as this. I throw the recoil shield in the washer in a lingerie bag on delicate after a few wears and it comes out fine. Would highly recommend.

I spent an entire day at a shotgun class shooting birdshot, buckshot and slugs out of my new 20 gauge--my shoulder was free of bruising and soreness. I will not shoot without it--great recoil pad! Past Women's Recoil Shield

I thought this product would be just ok but my girlfriend is impressed. She is a petite gal , but even shooting 12g she says she feels nothing. Go for it.

first i will have to say i didnt even try this "as is". the most complaints i read about recoil pads were about them slipping around and being awkward. when we go to the range its an hour drive and an all day event. so i didnt want to get there and be stuck w/o one all day or be messing w it to a distraction.
so, I bought a snug sports bra/ exercise top- so it would be snug and comfy. then i put the top on and positioned the pad under the strap. the velcro on the bottom half was not able to go on because it was under the bra - the pad was so big it was way too low for the velcro to work. i positioned the rifle butt a few times until the pad was in the perfect spot. then i pinned it in place with stick pins. i sewed the pad to the sport bra. then i cut off the pad corners not to poke me and cut the shape a little more so i could raise my arm without the pad blocking my hold. then i sewed the outer cover of the pad closed (the pad has a soft little cover sewn onto it). i put the sport top on and then a shirt and went out to the range.
the recoil pad worked perfectly i loved it so much. it is nice and solid feeling but it was really light and it seemed to form to the curve of my should over the course of the day. the pad was just wonderful. i had no pain from any of the rifles we used including an old mosin and a .30-06. i felt the rifle but no discomfort. i was surprised how much it absorbed with how thin it was. no one could tell i even had it on. my husband was really impressed and actually thought about letting me shape one and sew it inside his tactical shirt for his shoguns.
I would highly recommend this recoil pad even if you dont wanna sew it or shape it. it works great.

I just recently started shooting and I've been shooting my husband's grandfather's browning shotgun. I love to shoot but it was hard to hold the gun in the right place because of my ladylike shoulders and bra strap. By the time we were done shooting clays my shoulder would be very painful and bruised. Because of this when I got near the end of the day I would flinch and miss more clays. When I used this I noticed an amazing difference! No bruise, my shoulder wasn't sore, and my accuracy went up! The only problem I had is that it makes the gun just a hair longer, but when I get my own gun I'll be sure to factor that in. The shotgun was a little too long to begin with, but even with the extra length holding the gun felt way more accurate! CAN'T WAIT TO GO OUT AND USE IT AGAIN!

This is a very dense recoil pad. It looks thin at first glance but when you squeeze it you have no doubt it will hold up to the smaller calibers. I would get a magnum model for anything over a 30 Caliber weapon imho. The under the shirt idea is great. Nice product

I have very boney shoulders and like to go and shoot. My husband could not believe that I would get so sore and bruised every time we went out to the range. Finally I said enough and got this....now my husband wants one for him! I shot his 308 and a 22 gauge no problems, no bruise! I love it! Works great! I put it on before we left, it is definitely noticeable under a shirt, but who cares, I was going to the range. I wore it the entire time out there and took it off when we were getting ready to leave. It was rubbing my neck a bit, enough that I removed it, but didn't need to. Not a problem as I plan on using this for shooting, not to wear all day around the house.

Did I mention that I LOVE IT!!
