The cup is glazed white on the inside and the saucer is all white except for a green stripe around the rim.

Made in Italy of chip-resistant ceramic, each Caleca dinnerware piece is hand-painted by skilled artisans with glazes that meet US standards by being free of lead and cadmium. The hand-painting results in visible brush strokes with variations in tone that afford a casual, comfortable look. Each Caleca ceramic piece is individually hand-painted and "autographed" on the bottom of every piece by its decorator, after which is applied the company registered trademark authenticating to the originality and high quality of the product.
