Well, I can't say I was surprised by the appearance of these dishes since they look exactly like the photo. I was, however, surprised by the weight which is very heavy. These are of nice quality and I expect they will last for years under ordinary conditions.The eleven inch size is nice and roomy too.
Not sure of the "list" price of these quiche dishes but in my opinion (and I'm a true bargain hunter) if you can get one for fifteen bucks or under you will have gotten yourself a spectacular deal.

what can I say. I love this dish. It is a very durable dish. I've used it several times for baking and for serving because it is so pretty.
