Caledonian Kitchen Haggis is made with all those things that others don't take the time to bother with. Due to USDA regulations, we omit ALL lung meat.

I bought this for my husband who is part Scottish. We are both Americans by birth and I had never tried haggis before. This product is very tasty. I actually purchased the Sampler which includes this one and two other types of haggis and they were all delicious. Okay, so I obviously can't vouch for "authenticity," but the fact remains that we both loved the taste of this stuff. I intend to purchase more soon, maybe when the Sampler becomes available again.
