This is a very sweet set to add to your collection of critters. It makes a wonderful Christmas present. My children (ages 5 - 9) love to use this set in their play and "set up" of the critters house. The star on the tree even lights up! Wonderfully made, like all the other critter items

I bought this for my daughter to go with the calico critters set and ended up giving it to her before Christmas, before I gave her the house or anything else and she loved it! Even without anything else, she had a lot of imaginary fun playing with santa critter and his gifts, tree, and snowman friend.
