Great product,
This review is from: California Baby Calendula Cream, 2 oz (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
I bought this locally for $11.49 for one jar. I'd definately buy a 2 pack at $17.40. I've only had it for a couple days but it has been great. My baby had a spot of eczema that didn't want to go away. It is almost completely gone now and I noticed improvements in only one day. It smells great and absorbs easily.

loved this cream for a while...,

I used to use this cream exclusively for my older daughter. She had eczema as an infant which cleared up by the time she was 1. Because she was nursing, I went on a wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free, tomato-free, etc., diet plus used this cream on her rashes, and gave her a homeopathic remedy as well. This cream seemed to help heal the skin on her face and arms quickly, sometimes over night, and it didn't seem to sting, and didn't leave a greasy residue. However, after we relocated to a new city/country, my daughter broke out with eczema again at about 2.5 years old and my daughter complained that the California Baby cream would sting and it didn't seem to relieve the itching at all. The rashes are much more severe this time around and currently I am using organic virgin coconut oil and pure shea butter which seems to work a lot better. Honey also helps heal the skin if it is cracked/bleeding. My husband also broke out with sever eczema on his fingers and he says this cream doesn't seem to do anything to help with healing or itching. I have used it as face cream, though, and I love it! But I guess it's not as effective for eczema as I previously thought it would be. It seemed to work ok for light cases of eczema/dry skin but not severe cases. And definitely it cannot be used on broken or raw skin, whereas coconut oil, shea butter, and honey can. Of course using the cream is a lot less messier than using oil, butter, and honey though!

Love this CB calendula so much that we made up a song about it for our baby. We use it for everything - whenever he has a bit of redness on his little bum (we've been able to avoid diaper rash with this), dry skin, little red marks, and all the scrapes and cuts from when he scratches himself. We also have started using it on ourselves for little things like bug bites and scrapes. This is the best stuff. Gentle enough for your newborn, but works well enough for adults. Definitely recommended for all parents!
