Because this is not a synthetic bubble bath, you must help the bubbling process by stimulating/agitating bubbles under vigorously running water at the start of tub filling. To use the bubble wand, fill the cap with bubble bath and dip in! In very steamy conditions, the bubbles may be slow in coming from the wand; simply wait a few seconds and try again - enjoy! This is a great product. I use it for myself and my 7 month old. It is not overwelming which is nice, and just make breathing a little easier before bedtime. I loe the fact thats is all natural, and I dont have to worry about my sensitive skin.
