I bought this cookbook because I stumbled on the recipe for Seafood Ravioli with Calamari Butter Sauce. I use the book all the time. Try the Shrimp and Asparagus Pasta, or the meatloaf. Or the Chicken Chili. Or Jackie's flourless chocolate cake. Everything I have made from this book has been better than anything like it I have ever seen. And, the quantities are just right for entertaining.

After meeting Tony at a class in LA, I bought this cookbook. After practically loving it to death, I had it spiral bound! I don't think I've made a recipe from this book that wasn't deemed a "make again". Corn pudding, cobbler, balsamic vinaigrette, BBQ sauce, the list goes on. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting something a bit more special, but still manageable for the average cook.
