I picked up this book during a recent trip to Napa Valley and enjoyed reading it very much. It's an excellent souvenir from my trip and contains a lot of great photos and other information about some of California's most spectacular wineries. I only wish that more wineries were included in the guide and that the descriptions were a bit more detailed and not limited to only two pages. Still, the book gives a great overview of the area and will come in handy during my next trip to wine country.

Great photography and great write ups of some of the better wineries in the Valley.

This book makes a perfect gift for someone who wants to visit the wine country of Sonoma and Napa.

We are new to living in San Francisco and found a copy of this book at the local library. Reluctantly, we returned it by the due date but decided to purchase a copy in that the author reduced the massive amount of choice of winery's to visit to something much more manageable. We called the publisher to make sure there was not a newer edition about to be released (it will be another year or so for the next edition.) During the phone call, the individual we spoke with could not have been more helpful and full of information with additional tips and ideas for visiting napa and sonoma. We would recommend this book to anyone who wants a good, one page summary of good winery's.
