CD Included DOES NOT work
The book itself is pretty decent. The exam prep booklet comes with 716 prep questions however, the CD that comes with the book does not work. I'm bummed because the main reason I purchased this exam prep was the CD!

This product is somewhat better than the text alone because of the CD disk which is very helpful.However, it too is replete with typos and clearly was not proof-read before it was finished. Too bad, because the CD method of questions and immediate opportunity to check the answer is a great way to learn the material.

This book is a good review of the California Real Estate Principle's Class. It has over 700 Exam Questions with Answer Explanations. The FREE CD has 13 Real Estate Exams, and one of them is a One-Hundred Question Math Exam. The Software has over 2,000 Questions with Answer Explanations. These Practice Exams may be taken three different ways.There is NOT any Electronic Question Shuffling, but you may choose to "Reinforce Your Learning" by taking a group of questions in numerical order, and repeating them on the other two Preparation Modes. You may Review Questions by: (1) "Intensive Mode" which gives you Questions with the Correct Answers for a quick study session. (2) You may use the "Review Mode" which has you choose an answer, then gives you immediate feedback, with a Brief Answer Explanation. (3) "Exam Mode" is similar to the California State Exam, and displays a Time Clock which "counts down the time" that you are allowed to complete the Exam. (3 hours and 15 minutes). THE GLOSSARY IS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT THE VIRTUAL CALCULATOR IS STILL AVAILABLE IN "EXAM MODE." You may Quit and Save any exam and continue it later.
