This is actually a four part product. The knobbed looking sheath has a cap that screws on. That cap has two holes in the screw thread portion, so when screwed on completely you get a very very narrow inconsistent spray coming only from the joint. There are no holes at the top of the cap. This product does not allow for a stream unless you forego the sheath and use the pointed bulb insert alone. For the price, the value is decent, but the marketing could have been more detailed to allow for educated consumer choice. Dont bank on making use of the sheath. If I could do it again: I would compare the price of this "system" to single bulbs with detachable inserts and take the better value.

I used this for my first try because it looked simple and easy. I still think it's simple, but it was awkward for me to use. The bulb was difficult to squeeze. Maybe that's the nature of the game though...or maybe it's meant to be used with a buddy. :P I dunno. So it worked, but it was just awkward to use.

This is one of the best anal douches I've tried, surpassing all but the finest Japanese brands. If I were stranded on a desert island, and could have but one object of civilization, this would be my choice. And I would call it Wilson.

I like how with the attachment the liquid shoots out the side of the tip instead of just straight in so it hits the intestinal walls better, but the design limits you to an inconsistent non-centric circular pattern of spray. Therefore you need to use it 3 or 4 times to really get everything thoroughly clean. Other than that this is the first object with ridges like that that I have used and I found it quite pleasant. I was a bit nervous about it being hard plastic since I don't enjoy the hard material toys but it went in smoothly and without discomfort. Overall, excellent product, but there are better out there.

I was buying the Aneros Progasm prostate massager and thought I should be able to clean "up there" before inserting, so I also purchased the Colt Anal Douche at the same time. Man, oh, man. This thing works great and really feels good with the beaded tip. If I could only have either the Colt or the Aneros, I would choose the Colt. It really cleans you out gently and without cramping or leaking. I wish I had gotten one of these years ago.

This product is a god send for all of you anal lovers. It's reusable unlike those bags you get at the drug store. It's amazingly easy to use. Just take a dump before you use it, suck up some water, shoot it up your butt, release, rinse and repeat. I suggest 3-4 times just to make sure it's all out. The only problem I have with this product is that it's not the easiest thing to clean. Over all I'd have to say that I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to engage in anal play.

Thick, soft bulb is great for those of us who are highly tactile. Just smaller than a softball is the perfect fit for My hand and requires multiple insertions to get the "patient" full. Nozzles are hard, smooth plastic. When using the large nozzle - Water comes out all the way around the sides of the tip. Nice set.

The product does what it says it will do. As a woman I can honestly say that it was not difficult to use, very comfortable to insert and I would recommend this product to anyone both male and female. As far as packaging is concerned it would have been nice to see a female also on the box (because men are not the only ones that enjoy anal sex) but considering the consumers/target market that would mostly be interested in using this product it is perfectly understandable.

This a great tool to have at your disposal! To me, the amount of water it uses is just right, not too much, not too little. I've only used the bigger "beaded" tip so far ;), but it's not too big or awkward to use, and I imagine that the smaller tip would feel fine as well, and probably be better for beginners. It gets the job done in one or two easy uses, and it doesn't feel as awkward to use as an enema bag or some medical grade kit you'd find at a drug store; you actually feel a bit like a porn star getting ready to shoot when using this thing ;). However, even if sex is not your intent for using this thing, it gets everything out that one would want out! The bulb is slightly hard to squeeze at first, but after a while it gets easier from being broken in a bit. Cleanup is easy enough, the tips are very simple and easy to clean and I don't think that the inside of the bulb typically gets dirty, but I always suck up some soapy water into it a few times just in case. Overall this is something that I think anyone interested in anal cleanliness should consider getting, especially for the price!

I will keep this review brief. For tennish bucks you can not go wrong. I just got finished using this item, and prior had been showering (an extra time) and rinsing manually before engaging in anal play. This thing saves so much hassle, and water, which is awesome. I probably won't bother with the smaller, inner tip. The size of the rippled tip is perfect to warm up with ;) It took me 4 rinses to get clean, and it was an amazing sensation. Beware, it's difficult to clear the whole bulb when you're standing over the toilet, it seemed at best I could get 2/3 out, or..er.. in. Not that I'm complaining by any means, and I haven't tried it in any other position yet. I'm super pleased with this buy!
