Breads you make yourself are often, compact, heavy. This bread is good-tasting, light and moist. And it is not overly-sweet (even though it has the raisins) which I find important as I don't like items that are too sweet. An excellent product, I would recommend it highly. The packaging is also superb and focussed on freshness.
