it really affected my christian life positively especially the song not the i but the you in me,that song always has a way of encouraging me especially when i make a mistake as a christian and apart from that it makes me keep a humble spirit, that all glory belongs to God and that God does not need your past to take you where he is taking you to.

Truly inspirational!!! Excellent message, excellent vocals and harmony, excellent music. Anointed presents a great gospel experience. I first purchased The Call in January 1996, it's still a favorite and blesses me. I've purchased additional copies for my friends, they all enjoy it!!!

I would reccomend this CD to anyone who wants to get up and shout about praising God. The songs are very catchy and fun to listen to. Anointed is one of my favorite bands and I highly encourage you to give them a try!!!

God is all around us...is just simply devine. I really love this CD it has something for everyone. Looking forward to a Concert in Omaha Ne, because remember God is all around us. Be Encouraged, and stay Anointed.

"The Call" is a well produced contemporary christian album. IMHO the genre of this album could fit in jazz as well as gospel. In any case, the vocal talent is nothing short of phenominal and the music is professional, polished, and interesting. This album and the talent that produced it is not just "great for a christian album"...it is a great album by any measure of creative discipline.

A blessed listen to the words CD, especially "Not the I, but the you in me"

I think THe call (1995) is the best release by Anointed so far. 'The call' and 'grace enough'...'Not the I but you in me', 'Life is a Dream' ....'its in Gods hands'etc etc..... This album is all round, and everyone - the young and old will enjoy this. Their latest (2005 Now is the time) is excellent too but "The Call" certainly stands out.

This is an excellent CD. This is the best of the best it is simply fabulous. I thoroughly enjoy listening to it. This CD is definitely anointed within itself.

That iz about the only word how i can describe this. Well, acually I could describe it with a lot more words, but I'm too lazy. Okay, here iz the deal. I usually do not listen to this music by any means, i listen to punk and ska i.e. GOLDFINGER, SUICICDE MACHINES, SLIGHTLY STOOPID, SUBLIME... etc. but as far as gospel/christian music goes........i dont listen to much at all. But this cd takes me back. I get chills when i hear their vocal harmonies. I have been to about 5 concerts of them and I am only 15 years old. This iz one of the best ablums ever. PICK IT UP!

This album is GREAT!!! My dad has this tape and I enjoyed it very much. I cant wait to listen to their new album. Keep up the good work.
