Book Description

August 1, 2007
Kim Clement has had many critics over the years, but the movers and shakers in the world are sitting up and taking notice of this out of the box prophet. In his new book, Kim shares some of the amazing stories of accurate prophecies that God has been giving him. The personal words shared with individuals in his meetings are incredible enough, but the words he has been given on a national and even worldwide scale lift him into a realm not shared by many. His passion expressed here is to make it clear that anyone can hear and be the voice of God in the earth.

More About the Author

Kim Clement was born September 30, 1956 in South Africa, in a nation divided by apartheid.

At the tender age of 17, Kim had found himself addicted to heroine, immersed in the drug and rock scene of the seventies. But one fateful night in 1974 changed the course of his life forever. He was in a bar, in the bathroom, overdosing on heroine when he was robbed and stabbed. He stumbled onto the street and fell into a ditch, feeling himself dying as he cried out the name of "Jesus". Just as he began to feel life leaving him, a hand reached out and lifted him from death. The hand belonged to a Christian man who shared the message of Christ with Kim. From that day forward, Kim was a follower of Christ and dedicated his life to sharing that precious message.
Kim worked as a music director and youth pastor at various churches between 1976 and 1978. These were the years that Kim grew through experience. He worked as a counselor in a drug rehab center called Vital Link. He also worked with and trained mentally handicapped children, focusing on enhancing their coordination through teaching them music.

Jane Elizabeth Barnes stole Kim's heart in 1978, and they were married in Durban, South Africa that same year. They have shared 30 exciting years together and their five children are a testament of their love.
Kim's work in his native land culminated in the co-founding and building of the first non-racial church in South Africa, The Lyric Christian Center. This work, established by Dr. Fred Roberts, defied the racial apartheid system and welcomed all races.

In 1981, Kim came to the United States to attend Christ for the Nations. Between 1981-1991, Kim traveled throughout the United States, returning 5 times a year to assist at Durban Christian Center in Durban, South Africa.
In 1991, Kim moved with his family to the USA. After years of travel and ministering, Kim started "The Warriors of the New Millennium," an outreach based in Detroit, Michigan that focused on uplifting the wounded people within the City; this eventually spread throughout the United States.

Kim now resides in Southern California, with his family, and is pioneering a prophetic outreach called "Secrets".

5.0 out of 5 stars Crazy, September 9, 2007
This review is from: Call Me Crazy, but I'm Hearing God's Voice: Secrets to Hearing the Voice of God (Paperback)
What an awesome book about how God wants to speak to us and through us. All we have to do is listen.

God operates outside the realm of reason. When it comes to dealing with the impossible, you must simply act on God's word and voice. God wants us to live our life through the Spirit and to be led by his Spirit, not our mind, emotions or fear of man.

I recommend this book to all those that want to hear God's voice. Sometimes it will sould crazy what he speaks to you, but listen and obey. The Bible is our guide.

This review is from: Call Me Crazy, but I'm Hearing God's Voice: Secrets to Hearing the Voice of God (Paperback)
I've love the Lord and have studied the Bible for about 14 years now, including studying in a masters degree program at a prominent Christian college. Despite all the "head" knowledge and theology, I've also listened to Kim's teachings and prophecies heartily for several years now. Kim has opened up my ears, my heart, my mind to hearing God actually speak to me, sometimes in impressions and brief visions, and now in sentences and even complete paragraphs.

For those who argue that those who hear God's inner voice and impressions by His indwelling Holy Spirit might, in fact, be hearing their own or other voices, Jesus challenged that those who love and follow Him should actually know His voice. To KNOW His voice is to HEAR His voice.

I, like I'm sure countless other Christians, was worried about hearing God incorrectly, about making mistakes in hearing His voice.

But now I truly believe I hear God quite clearly. The more I talk with the Lord and hear His voice, the more I am convinced He LOVES to communicate with us directly and openly, as originally in Eden before the fall.

Kim Clement will shake open your soul from its inhibitions and false, "religious" ideas to live with new freedom in the Lord.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hearing God, October 15, 2007
This review is from: Call Me Crazy, but I'm Hearing God's Voice: Secrets to Hearing the Voice of God (Paperback)
Are you aware we were created to be a friend to God? We were created to hear him. Unfortunately we are so often busy and preoccupied with life that we don't hear him. This book will help you settle down and really hear His voice. Great book!
